The closest airport is Glacier Park International Airport (FCA), just 20 minutes from downtown Whitefish.
We recommend renting a car if you’re flying in, or coordinating rides with friends, as ride shares can be limited in the area.
If you are staying at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake, transportation to and from the airport is included in your stay!

Whitefish offers a wonderful mix of charming inns, boutique hotels, and vacation rentals, all just a short drive from the venue, so you can choose the setting and style that suits you best. As our wedding falls during peak tourism season, we were unfortunately unable to secure hotel room blocks, so we kindly encourage you to book your accommodations early.
We recommend booking your accommodations immediately as Whitefish is a resort town in high demand during the summer months.

A beautiful lodge on Whitefish Lake where we will be hosting our wedding. The lodge offers a complimentary airport shuttle.

Upscale and convenient, this hotel is right in downtown Whitefish. A solid option for ease and comfort.

A stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Whitefish with cozy common spaces, a coffee bar, sauna, and easy access to local attractions.
Towneplace Suites by Marriott Whitefish [$$]
Nestled in Whitefish, Towneplace Suites by Marriott offers full kitchens, free transportation to and from the airport, and free hot breakfast.
Whitefish Riverfront Hotel [$]
A newly refreshed riverside hotel just steps from downtown Whitefish, offering a complimentary airport shuttle service and hot breakfast. Of note, they require a 3 night minimum stay.
Kandahar Lodge [$]
A beautiful, authentic mountain lodge located on Whitefish Mountain Resort and about 10 minutes from the wedding venue.
Located just half a mile from the wedding venue this is a super cozy lodge that offers free breakfast and has a hot tub.
The Best Western offers complimentary roundtrip shuttle service to Glacier Park International Airport and the Amtrak station on request, plus amenities like free breakfast, a heated outdoor pool, and a hot tub.
The Hampton Inn & Suites offers complimentary airport shuttle service, free hot breakfast, and an indoor pool.

There are also plenty of great Airbnbs and rental homes nearby—ideal if you’re coming with a group or want a little more space. We recommend checking in Whitefish, Kalispell, or Columbia Falls.
